3 Simple Powerful Action Steps to Make Your Dreams Come True

3 Simple Powerful Action Steps to Make Your Dreams Come True

Hi there!

Let’s talk a minute about one of my favorite topics: how to make your dreams come true.

In each and every moment, we create and re-create our life with the choices we make – whether intentional or not.  Embrace this fact with full awareness, and you’ll come to understand that only YOU can decide to take the reins on your life. Your present does NOT decide your future … unless, of course, you keep thinking and doing what you’ve always done.

Real talk: You are either creating your life by intentional design, or you are living life by default, passive chance — in other words, winging it.  Your precious life!

Here’s the doozy: Both take the same amount of time, and both use the same amount of energy. But only ONE will be an ongoing source of fuel for your soul.

Only one will have you spilling over with gratitude, joy, faith, and wonder.

Only one will align you with your best life and your best self.

Only one will inspire others, by your example, to follow their own dreams and passions.

And only one will leave you wondering why you ever hesitated or why you didn’t begin sooner!

With this in mind, the choice is clear.  But oh, it can get so murky so quickly…

Here I’m going to give you three really simple steps. So simple, you’re going to wonder why you didn’t do this before!

And trust me when I say they are very very powerful towards making your dream(s) come true.

So, grab a piece of paper, sit down and do this:

3 Steps to Make Your Dreams Real

STEP #1: Want what you want, without apology

Write it down on a piece of paper or get out a journal and let you heart speak. Ask yourself: “If I could script my life to be unreasonably phenomenal, how would it go?” Write it out and don’t let ‘how’ limit your dreams and visions. The dreaming process begins with simply owning the truth of your desires. “How” comes later.

To live the life of your dreams, you must first stop minimizing, apologizing, or hiding what you want. You must stop buying your own excuses about why you can’t have it or why you believe it is impossible for you. Simply let your imagination be your guide.

If you find it difficult to get clear about what you dream of, you are definitely not alone. Often the hardest part of creating your dream life is (step 1) defining what you want!  The noise of the world, the expectations of others, and all the messaging telling you what you “should” want, understandably make it VERY difficult to hear the voice of your soul speak the truth of its desires!

If this resonates for you, but you’re ready to seize the day and powerfully connect to the truth and passion of your deepest dreams and goals, click here to learn about my special Masterclass where I guide you through exactly how.

Finding your way to this level of clarity is an absolute game-changer. It sets you up for life mastery on every level, with freedom, fun, and fulfillment in all areas of your life.  Tell me more, Tara!

STEP #2: Feel into it

If you’re clear on Step #1, the next is to feel into the depth and truth of your desires. What would it FEEL like to live your dream life? Setting fear and doubt aside for now, savor the sense of joy and excitement you feel as you imagine a life of your dreams. Enjoy just thinking about it, paying special attention to what you see, hear, and feel.  For help connecting to the felt-sense of it all, listen to this unconventional 5-minute meditation I created for you.

STEP #3: Rate your desire

Rate the strength of your desire on a scale of 1-10. Write it down. If you’ve rated the strength of your desire less than 7 out of 10 for wanting this in your life, repeat steps 1 & 2. If you’ve rated the strength of your desire 7 or more out of 10 for wanting this in your life … let’s make it happen.

I’ll close with this quote by Napoleon Hill: “Don’t wait. The time will never be just right.”

Will you make TODAY your someday?

Time will pass either way. If you’ve read this far, there’s a reason.

I believe in you. I also believe that a desire would not be felt if the Universe couldn’t provide it.

I know it’s scary, but you can be bigger than your fear. Like many have done before you, you too can do what may feel impossible right now.

In truth, all you need to do NOW is be willing to cross the threshold and take the next step. I am here to stand with you and support you on the precipice of new possibilities. I will guide you, one step at a time, through a proven process to make those dreams REAL.

Big love,

Tara Sage

YOUR YEAR-IN-REVIEW “Tips from Tara” Year-in-Review Video #1 (of 3):

With the new year on the horizon, even despite the busy-ness of this time of year, it is *absolutely essential* that you give yourself space to review these past 12-months. In part 1 of my annual 3-part Year-In-Review video coaching series, I share a quick easy way to do just that!

This process allows you to gain enormous clarity and insight – not only about the closing year, it also supports you in getting crystal clear on your goals for the coming year.

What’s something that YOU have great appreciation for? Write down at least 3 things that you’re appreciative about from this closing year … and then stay tuned  for part 2 of this special 3-part series.

Here are 3 of my own things that I’m appreciative about:

1.) Tara Sage, Inc. did a website rebrand and I’m very happy with the new site. I feel it reflects the professionalism and mission that I provide to my clients. This decision has supported me in better serving my clients AND streamlining my efforts to help you life boundlessly and create a life and business you don’t need a vacation from.

2.) November 5th, 2019 marked our 2-year “Nomadiversary”! 🙂  Since November 2017, my partner, Carl, and I have been living nomadically as full-time RVers, traveling and working from the road. We absolutely love this lifestyle, love supporting and inspiring others to live this dream, and see no end in sight to continuing our nomadic journey.

3.) I was a seminar speaker at the Florida RV Supershow and will be returning again in 2020 to share and support others who long to live boundlessly.

10 Driving Tips On The Road to Your Dreams

10 Driving Tips On The Road to Your Dreams

The invention of the GPS forever changed the ease of travel. It not only gives you step-by-step directions, it calculates your anticipated time of arrival and offers you ways to avoid traffic. If you miss a turn, no big deal, it simply adjusts to find the best detour and provides you with an alternate route to get to your destination.  On the road to realizing your dreams, there is much to be learned from this nifty little invention.

Here are 10 driving tips on the road to your dreams:

1. Set your destination. Unless you know your destination, a GPS will not be much use to you. You must choose a destination! This is not to say you can’t change direction at any time, it just means that in order to receive guidance about where to go, you must begin by choosing a direction to head. (By the way, there is of course not a thing wrong with a joyride, as long as you don’t feel any particular urgency to get anywhere in particular.)

2. How soon would you like to get there? How fast are you moving? Take into account how fast you’re able to travel for a steady distance, and when you would like to arrive. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll get there. With a bit of planning, you’ll be able to easily assess when to set out on your journey and what to pack.

3. Refuel. Give yourself extra time so you can stop along the way to refuel. Part of enjoying the journey means allowing time for pit stops, detours, and fueling stations.

4. Hands on the wheel. Remember, YOU are in the driver’s seat. It’s YOUR journey. Don’t drive the wrong way down a one-way street, but do make it your own. You were not put on this earth to live others people dreams, you’re here to live yours.

5. Enjoy the ride! Half the fun is getting there. Life is about the journey not the destination. However trite that may sound, it’s true.

6. Many hands make for lighter work. If it feels daunting to go it alone, find others who are heading in a similar direction, or have been there, and ask for help. Someone who can see your blind spots. Teamwork makes the dream work. Together we really are so much more.

7. Pace yourself. Detours are part of the journey, so it’s best if you plan for them and build in some extra time and resources. Knowing its there will give you added confidence.

8. Eyes on the road. Glance in the rear-view mirror periodically, but keep your primary focus on what’s in front of you. Your past does not determine your future. Keep your eyes on the road. Know where you’re headed and keep move forward.

9. Celebrate. Celebrate each milestone along the way, knowing that every mile counts. There will always be new horizons and milestones ahead. Don’t forget to celebrate.

10. Don’t quit. Don’t doubt and question whether or not you’ll get there! Just keep going… Energy spent on doubts and fear and worry only slows you down, kind of like having one foot on the gas and the other on the break. Fear is along for the ride, but it belongs in the trunk- not the driver’s seat.
