Since we’re just getting to know one another…   Here’s a bit about me:

Tara Sage, MA

Applied Psychology Coach, Author, Speaker, Blanket hog

Bringing the Psychology of Change to life in accessible and empowering ways is my superpower. I have served 100s of individual clients and thousands from the stage., people ages 20 to 76, to clarify and live their dreams, one proven step at a time.

I believe dream realization is really about self-actualization, and imagining is the portal to dreaming.

As an experienced coach, I am practiced at seeing creative possibilities where others don’t. Where others see limits, one-way only, dead ends, or despair … I see choices, possibilities, creative strategies, open roads, new approaches, opportunities for innovation, solutions, and expansion. Show me a dead end and I’ll show you a path you didn’t realize was there.

OFFICIAL “CRED”

I have a Masters degree in Holistic Leadership, a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and a coach training certificate from one of the first coach training institutes worldwide. The focus of my Masters program was leadership and consulting on the organizational level, for systems change. The primary focus of my Bachelors degree was behavioral psychology. Before starting my company (in 2004), I gained extensive experience as a behavior modification therapist, an integral part of a treatment team for inpatient psychiatric populations, and as a member of an addiction medicine treatment research team at Brown University. More than anything, from this experience I gained a strong practical and theoretical foundation in therapeutic intervention models and client needs assessment. I not only want to help, I also have a strong application, orientation, and foundation for how to help.

I look forward to seeing YOU in the workshop!
